Membership Meeting Information
Chapter Meetings
We welcome all duly initiated members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated to attend our chapter meetings. Meetings are held monthly at 10:00 a.m. on the third Saturday with the exception of the months in which we do not meet - June, July, August, and December. Our meeting schedule for the 2026-2027 sororal year is as follows:

Business attire is required for all chapter meetings, and black business attire is suggested for the first chapter meeting in September. Traditional business attire is typically a suit, dress, or other clothing that reflects a professional style. If you are unsure what is appropriate attire, please refer to the Ritual and/or Protocol and Traditions Manual for guidelines.
Visting Sorors
CAAC is always ready to welcome and receive visiting sorors! If you would like to join us for an upcoming chapter meeting, please complete our Visiting Soror Verification Form. We suggest submitting your completed form at least 10 days prior to the chapter meeting. Once your form is received and processed, you will be contacted via email with meeting procedures and details about the meeting location.
Membership Intake
Thank you for your interest in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. At this time, the Covington Area Alumnae Chapter is not planning membership intake. If there is a shift in our decision, an official “Rush” announcement will be posted on our website.
