Dîner en Rouge: The Experience

Parking
Attendees with on-premises parking passes for Legion Field may park in Lot A. Attendees with parking passes for the adjacent YWCA may park in Lot B. All street parking is free, but not guaranteed as conveniently located to Legion Field. Once you park, unload everything you will need and ensure you have a way to easily transport your personals into Legion Field.

Arrival and Check In
Upon your arrival to Legion Field, you will be greeted and your digital or paper ticket will be scanned. Once you are checked in, you will be directed to your assigned section based on your ticket type. A Section Leader will provide your precise location to begin your setup.

Set Up
Without wasting a single minute, you will setup your table, chairs, tablescape, your food and beverage. As a courtesy, we encourage you to complete your setup as quickly as possible so that other attendees have the needed space to do the same. Once you and your guest have completed your table setup, it's time to sit back and wait for the fun to begin!

Have Fun
You, your guest, and several hundred "friends" who are also in attendance will enjoy and evening of good music, great laughs, and wonderful memories. Feast on whatever delicacies you've brought with you or visit one of our onsite food vendors for a mouth-watering bite. And when the mood hits you just right, dance like no one is watching!

Clean Up
At the end of the evening, you will be responsible for gathering your trash in your own trash bag, and leaving your designated location free of trash. There will be trash receptacles available for you to dispose of all trash.

Departure
As you and all other attendees exit Legion Park and return to your car at the end of the evening, you will take with you the memory of an unforgettable evening under the stars .
